1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Due to the custom nature of our Pod Homes, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Changes of mind
  • Misplaced orders
  • Dissatisfaction with design, size, or appearance
  • Delivery issues that are outside of our control

We encourage you to carefully review all specifications and details related to your Pod Home before confirming your order to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Order Cancellation

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns or questions prior to placing your order, please contact us to ensure that all your requirements are accurately understood.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Pod Home arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [Insert time period, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your delivery. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or repair. All claims for damaged or defective products must be accompanied by clear photos of the damage and a description of the issue.

4. Delivery-Related Issues

While we take great care in delivering your Pod Home, delivery-related issues such as delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers are not covered under our return or refund policy. We recommend inspecting the delivery upon arrival and contacting us immediately if any damage is noticed.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is suitable for the delivery and installation of the Pod Home. Any additional charges incurred due to inaccessible locations or failure to meet delivery requirements will be borne by the customer.
